Catherine has been a licensed real estate Broker and the owner of Virginia Home and Land Company for over 30 years. Although she has a BA and MA in history and museum studies, she is also uniquely qualified in marketing residential, historic and  waterfront properties.  She has a tract record of success in selling over 12,000 acres in land tracts in our area. Catherine has a wide range of connections in the real estate industry and is very knowledgeable about  the real estate market in Surry and the surrounding counties.  She will work diligently to  market and sell your property.
